House Rules
We ask that our guests treat our home with care and leave it in good condition.
This is a pet free and smoke free home. Please don't smoke anywhere on the property.
Absolutely NO additional guests, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
No filming is allowed on the property.
Quiet hours begin at 8pm and continue through 8am; no loud music/noise that can be heard outside after 8pm. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise or not abiding by rules will result in you being asked to leave immediately.
Pool area rules and acknowledgement:

The property has a swimming pool with a water slide and hot tub located thereon. The guest(s) will use the swimming pool, slide and/or hot tub at the guest’s own risk.
There is no diving allowed from any elevated area surrounding the pool. There is no jumping allowed from the elevated area with the gazebo as the pool is shallower in that area.
The host will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the guest and/or the guest's occupants when using the swimming pool, slide and/or hot tub, and the guest will indemnify the host for any actions resulting from injuries to guest and/or guest’s occupants.
The guest further understands and acknowledges that there is no fence directly around the pool and hot tub and all children must be monitored at all times when outside.
